In today's [] discussion of CITEL position on 3400-3800 MHz, we decided to emphasize not allowing exclusive area licensing, rather than a call for 'technology neutral' allocations. I guess the web page will get updated eventually ;-0

The current CITEL position is to only consider 3600-3700 MHz for use by IMT-Advanced, however Mexico wants 3400-3700 MHz to be considered.
