I heard that Obama has been given Secret Service protection, the earliest any candidate has ever received it. Makes me wonder if it's in response to specific threats. There have been general threats made to the FBI; not Obama directly. You know the radical right wants to take him out......badly. He's an abomination to them. Its the thing about which I worried when he announced his candidacy.......and I bet he and his wife are worried as well. Charismatic lefties always are in physical danger from the American right.
