Well, good question; but our govt used to cap interest companies could charge at 20%. Anything higher was usury. Now credit card companies are charging up to 34%. The middle class is getting squeezed badly on so many fronts. Many middle class kids coming out of school with 40,000 in debt. Do we want to saddle the next generation with that, and at higher rates to boot(not to mention our own country debt)?
