I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I am getting really sick of having to pay for other people's stupity. Once again people who actually live within their means are about to get punished while those that don't get rewarded. As several people have pointed out, this is going to hurt those whom the government is trying to help. It should shut down much of the mortgage activity in MA. It's just another example of the consequences of government action being the opposite of what is intended.
