Tommasso, I like Circular Quay and NoBiz, but (I say this every year, then bet, anyway <G>) I am not very interested in betting the 20 horse field. Curlin is undefeated, but he didn't run as a 2 year old and it looks to me like Steve (I can call him Steve because I met him once) has been feeding him into easier races and avoiding the tough competition. Street Sense has tons of talent. Hard Spun is the favorite of the guys who read The Sheets.

Two problems, the weather and the size of the field. It was very muddy yesterday for The Kentucky Oaks, The Lillies for the Fillies. An upset has a great chance if it has dried out today.

China should be hot through The Olympics next year. After that, goodbye Taiwan.

I have a case of second-itis today. I finished second in a $20 + $2 7HL tourney on Full Tilt this morning, then finished second in the $11 Pot Limit Omaha tournament at the same site. I am not complaining. Those two seconds made my nut for the day. But I would have had mixed nuts if I'd won them both. <G>
