Huh? Its very straightforward. If you can't understand I don't know how I can make it any simpler for you. Edit - Actually while the idea is straight forward my expression wasn't perfect. The paragraph should be "That's a very silly statement. Missiles aren't one thing where you can reach a number that is enough. You can have ten thousand times the total number you might need, and still not have enough of certain types. Your argument is like saying that there is no need to address a shortage of cardiologists or gerontoligists because we have too many pediatricians."
