I know the difference, but they are both subversion of the constitutional system by force. Either might be justified in unusual and extreme conditions, but often either causes more harm then good even in difficult situations, and even when the people leading the attempt to overthrow the government are reasonable people. That doesn't mean that there could never be a time when one or the other was justified, but neither is justified at this time, and hopefully neither ever will be. Well "never is a long time", lets just say I don't anticipate either being necessary or helpful in the US in my lifetime.
