Our Democratic Governor, Ann Richards ran a several billion dollar surplus. Which Bush squandered almost immediately. So, now that we have disposed of your straw man, because your original topic was Congress, not the state of Arkansas, do you have anything to back your original statement? Or are you going to try to change the subject, again?
