However, its important for you to keep in mind one thing........you are Canadian, not an American. Therefore, you can only speculate where Americans are vis a vis Barack Obama.

But I was merely responding to a post I did not agree with in which the writer wrote that Obama was in no greater danger than any other presidential candidate.

You should also note I am totally unlike a typical American who is generally parochial and insular in his interests and thinking.

Whatever happens in, and to, America, more often than not, has significant socio-economic-political impact(s) around the world. Hence my interest in the relative chances of certain candidates to be the next Prez of the USA. Furthermore, as I live just next to the USA, my interest is all the more heightened.
