the Congressman who took a dip in the water in D.C.(who was that don't remember) That would be Wilbur Mills, Democratic Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, you know, the bunch that decides how much of our own money we can keep. The "Lady" who accompanied him on his swim was stripper Fanne Foxe. Two of a kind indeed. I have more respect for her. At least she was doing what she does.
