may make for good bar talk Good talk? no it's very disturbing talk. When your leaders are scared there is no telling what they will do. It's apparent that they won't think it out beforehand. You can see the effect of fear over intellect in the way that billions are spent on activities that are full of smoke and noise but little spent on actual useful preparations. This is what is expected from a blustery boy who wants his mama and not from the commander of the most powerful system ever. They way his minions gather around wringing their hands and going "help me, save me from the bad guys, we are helpless without you" only unnerves him while making a cartoon of his increasing swagger.
