I had to fly out with a cold and before I left for the airport I took a hot shower with sudafed shower tabs, it opened my head and my flight was not as miserable as I thought it would be with a cold.

Lef.org is the best.....but when you need to knock a cold down for a few good hours.....nothing natural will do that. There have been times when I was so sick I didn't want to leave the house and I'd eat some Comtrex and it got me though a few needed hours.

all the stuff you mentioned work, too.
