That was 1948, [the first part]. At that time, people would still be gaining weight having survived German work and extermination camps. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were still cooling. Dresden wasn't rebuilt. The Blitz created a LOT of rubble and dead people.

That was then. Now it's 2007. Where to is what matters. Compensating Negroes now, with taxes from immigrants to the USA, to compensate for things centuries ago, is daft. "Repatriating" Palestinians born en masse this century to places which they didn't own anyway back in 1945 isn't a good idea.

Arabs and Jews had wars long ago and those can't be changed.
