Doe4sn't look like that. I have one port for the monitor, another that looks like a serial port (printer ?) and one parallel port.

I have XP with 1 gb of RAM

Can I use a single monitor, say a 22-inch widescreen, and dedicate a portion to TV and the other part to normal computer viewing? Maybe do this by using the existing port on my computer (whatever my monitor is plugged in to now) and just adding a TV card (which I assume is to rcv the cable TV signal which is then output through my existing video output).
