And not all the dems lacked the brains to understand the positive effects most likely to follow tax cuts in an over taxed environment.
Because some of them may even have had a good understanding of the price elasticity in micro economics, a very obvious analogy indeed.

I know that Stockman was one of the first to use it in public. My point is that not all Republicans were hot for the idea at the time.


Could be......I don't know what the reaction was back then but we know they are loving it now.
