Interesting, but doesn't really make sense as written. Notice that he has QC speeds higher than DC. Also, TDP should be gating QC frequency, not the memory controller.

Yikes! 2.9 at launch?! And for sure they are holding the FX quad at 3GHz back, waiting for Intel's feeble 3 GHz counter.

I'm about 40% believing it until confirmation.
