To wish for them as that guy seems to do is crazy... That's the problem with your understanding of the article. He isn't wishing for them. Maybe "wishing" is too strong a word. He certainly seems to be suggesting that that may be a possible solution. Whatever his intention, I think it was irresponsible to put something like that in print. He certainly has the right to do it but it does nothing to help the distrust that exists on both sides........especially when you have an administration that consistently works on making the presidency stronger.
