From the moment Hitler began to become a political figure (and presumably before that moment as well) Hitler spoke of racial superiority and inferiority. His words were dripping with prejudice and hatred. It didn't take a decade for that.

Yes, but it took him over ten years to gain control of the German gov't.

How about Henry Ford and Joe Kennedy just to mention a few VIP examples from your own turf?

That was a world wide conditions of matters. "Jews, gypsies" and other stuff like that.
Very popular and even a subject of science.
Hitler and/or the Germans didn't invent that.
Other more creative groups incl. the Swedes were the inventors.
The Germans just executed "better".
