Yes its quite a kooky claim. Bush did not know the difference between Sunnis and Shi'ites until he learned what the difference was, just like everybody else. So what? What is the difference between Shi'ites and Sunnis? Even religious scholars are arguing about it but I'm sure that wont slow dipy's bash fest down any.
