Agree about fats. We actually need a little of it in our diet, just without the chemical additives.

I really got a laugh out of your snip on fragrances. About 2 weeks ago I walked into our church kitchen to find a lady in there putting away dishes. I took an obvious sniff of the air and said "it smells like bug spray in here."

She made no comment. I found out about 20 minutes later the "bug spray" in the air was, in fact, her perfume.

I'm not a fragrance guy, rarely use after shave, never use cologne. Thankfully, neither does Sweet Shirley.
