[On the Record] megas reponds to Ameritrades false emails re: ch 11 rumor: Yes i do have further concerns, i want an undertaking immediately from ameritrade that the company is still not putting out these lies about bcit. I understand it is because you wish to depress the price of shares you are unable to deliver or short positions you cannot cover. To attempt to frighten investors into selling whatever they think they have by propagating false bearish information about the company when the shares come off suspension I suspect is a criminal activity.
