But in "Pinkyland" I actually feel a bit more comfortable
w/companies that have just been reviewed / audited / whatever it is that they have to do or disclose to be able to resume trading ...... and then having "passed" through the scrutiny ..
would suggest a hint of substance... yes?

As for the product:
Not complex and sorely needed.
