Bush has failed on almost every level. The two areas he has succeeded are at granting Big Oil hundreds of billions in windfall profits, rewarding the already very-rich with large tax breaks, and getting war profiteer companies like Halliburton tens of billions in no-bid contracts, despite the fraud and abuse involved. Oh yeah, Bush was great at hoodwinking the public and cheating to steal elections, for awhile anyway. But nobody trusts him anymore.
