In Switzerland everyone speaks two languages fluently, and it makes it a better place to trade. Many speak moe than two languages fluently, and most speak at least a smattering of Italian, French, German and maybe English.local dialects. I learned to speak French in high school and college, but have been very lax about maintaining it. I used to read Match, but its politics are so bizarre I could not stand it.
