I'm all for the slight delay if the new formulation helps; this seems like good news to me. Being able to avoid Cremophor should be a positive to a major positive (depending on the characteristics of the new formulation). But one has to ask why and how the company is introducing such a major change so late in the run-up to the trial. This is after all a registration proram, where one would not expect the company to make any changes at the very last moment. Erik
