Know you will enjoy this, I am still laughing to think that we could have ended up with any of these titles for President of the USA.

From Wikipedia -----reg John Adams

"In the first year of Washington's administration, Adams became deeply involved in a month-long Senate controversy over what the official title of the President would be, favoring grandiose titles such as "His Majesty the President" or "His High Mightiness" over the simple "President of the United States" that won the issue. The pomposity of Adams's stance, and his being overweight, led to the nickname "His Rotundity "

You don't think that little reconfiguration of that 80's commercial putting Hillary's face on the Big Screen droning on before somebody throws a sledge hammer at it wasn't a SMEAR from Obama's camp?

That was a preview of what the Republicans would do if Hillary was the Democratic nominee. Besides, I indicated earlier that the sentiment against Hillary is strong and the ad is an indication of that sentiment. And Hillary is no Bill. If Bill comes out on the trail with Hillary then people would see the sharp contrast between the two and would be a negative for Hillary,
