we didn't move everything over to japan did we?

btw... richard russell just declared we are in the second phase of an ongoing bull market... with round three to be the whopper up move of all ups ever seen in the history of tulips.

hmmmmm... he somehow forgot to end his bear market first, but what the heck. he's 80 something.

Canadian hockey? Well we sold out the NHL to you guys for megabucks, but Canada seems to still do pretty well at the Olympics and World Cup. The Senators are still in it, but nobody really cares about them ... we're much more interested in how Nash and the Suns are doing in that other game we invented. <g>

As for the China thing, I see Box has already pointed out one salient detail. Another is that Japan didn't have nukes. They don't have as many as y'all, but they do have enough to take out New York, LA, DC, the Grand Old Opry and the Church of the Sacred Bleeding Heart of Jesus all at the same time -- that's enough to pretty well assure MAD, I figure, so the pirate nation thing ain't going to play forever. As for the stupid/uneducated ones, they could all be turned into soyulent green and China'd still end up with a population twice yours, all above average. <g>

In sum, this might not be your father's empire. But in the meantime, I agree, it's all going to be good ... girls and gold, oil and stocks, we gonna have a good time.
