This morning at "my" dog run someone noticed a loose puggle outside the run with no owner. He came into the run. He wasn't fixed, he was wearing a Proud to be Irish collar with a tag. 5 of us couldn't catch him in the run so we corralled him into the double gated entrance. The tag turned out to be a rabies tag. We called the vet who issued the tag, they called the owners. The owners came down to get the dog, what a bunch of idiots. They said he always gets away. Yet they had no ID on his collar and haven't had him fixed but at least he has a home. As far as I know the German Shepherd that was abandoned at the run 2 weeks ago is going home today with the lady that originally wanted him.
