PS --- Shorty... if all future crimes of refugees who settle in our country get hung around the necks of whatever politician voted to approve the immigration quotas that year [no doubt politicians of all kind voted for the immigration budget that particular year]... then GOD ALONE KNOWS what the history books may hang around the neck of Prez. Bush for his Iraqi refugees.... :-)
