Dichloroacetate - something to be looked into for those with cancer in their families. A simple compound, unpatentable, used for years for treating metabolic disorders in children though there can be negative side effects. Is it a cure for cancer? Time will tell. We can hope.

I thought it sounded like a great breakthrough. My mom really suffered with chemo back in the 70's. Later she found it much improved, but still had side effects. I really hope this works, and it can be put to use soon.
