Over the past 10 or 11 years I've had 3 colonoscopies. They found 15 polyps in the first one, a couple each time since. At my age, the doc says "some" signs of diverticular problems isn't unusual. I eat lots of fiber, even sprinkle bran in with much of my food, especially soups, stews, gravies, scrambled eggs, etc. My belly growls and gurgles a lot, always has.
