Thanks for that. Problems: already about 160,000,000 shares fully diluted and will need to dilute much more to develop their wind farms. Also, they have put up their first turbine and they don't have a takeoff agreement from the local power company.

If they do successfully get a toehold in China, could be quite an opportunity.

I bought a small starter position.

CHINA : YANGXI WIND FARM
The data continues to come in from the 80 ft. meteorological tower and is showing to be viable for a wind farm. The instruments will continue to collect data through its anniversary date of June 2006. In July 2007 we will be conducting a wind feasibility study and wind farm layout design work based on the years data.
