To my way of thinking the majority owner is just stealing sasamat at these price. You may think this is outlandish but the value of khdh is pretty much its interest in this german subsidiary, which it owns something like 80% of . I dont remember the numbers exactly but if sasamat were valued similarly to khdh, in other words based on its 34% ownership of the german subsidiary, it would be worth over $20 a share. granted khdh gets a majority and liquidity premium but that doesnt mean ssalf shareholders should give khdh a better than 75% discount. So I am making a special effort to vote no on the sale. As you can see KHDH is making a special effort to steal the minority shares.
