re ssalf, sasamat I dont know but I have complained about this to the ontario commission. havent heard back from this. In the meantime I will try to vote on and against this today if possible. I contacted ameritrade and they told me they didnt have the resources to let their customers who are shareholders know about this, which I thought was pretty pathetic and I contacted etrade, who said they dont have to sign off on anything.

Re: Sasamat. Well. I was certainly put in my place today. The Ontario Security Administrator contacted me and was very helpful told me it was outside their Jurisdiction but gave me the phone number for B.C. security commission. When I contacted them I was told that under canadian law there was no requirement for canadian companies to mail financial info and proxies to U.S. shareholder as the canadian regulators were there to protect Canadian shareholders. Well, excuse me. I suppose U.S. shareholders should bear that in mind when considering future canadian investments!
