The Pentagon pisses away enough of your money before noon each day to finance a dozen third world wars. And at the end of each string of stinking waste is a senile life-long House or Senate member that YOU elected, taking credit for it all. But the greatest scandal is that 6 months of LOOTING into the Social Security fraud would pay for third world wars for the next decade. And the stuffed-pig Social Security "retirees" wouldn't even miss a meal. As for Kansas City, the solution is the same as it was for New Orleans: Let 'em swim or drown. They latter will be no loss to anyone...
