The sperm and the egg are human. Human cells not seperate organisms. As for the idea that its only slightly more developed or complex than a sperm or an egg we're talking about a fetus here not a freshly fertilized egg or even a morula.

My point is that a sperm is of a human; so is an egg; so is a fertilized egg. Do you treat them the same way you want to treat the fetus and not kill them?
