They had more than they needed-except the initiative to get off their asses. Call it "School Bus Nagin's Disease".

Why is it that all these predominently black urban areas can't help themselves in natural disasters, beyond waiting for the media so they can sit and bitch about the government not carrying them out on pillows?.

The cultural and intellectual failure of most of black America is forbidden discussion, but still our greatest tragedy...
