That's not the right question to ask. You should ask why it works. No, it's clear it doesn't work. I'll make it easy on you. Get rid of K-12 being based upon age and have it based upon performance. Otherwise, I think you're going to be in for a surprise from home schooling produced kids. You may not be though based upon how hard your alliance is fighting vouchers, private schools, and home schooling today. I've seen homeschooling kids. I am not threatened. Does pointing out spelling errors as a response count more than filthy language? Both seems common in your posts. Let me know and I'll change them in my next update. Huh?
