Fair enough.

But as I would see it, with flattening being controlled by govt mandated prices, I believe we would be left with a mediocre health care system. Isn't that what Canada has now? No, I don't want to start another never ending discussion of govt health care vs what we have now.

Probably. One of the factors driving large practices is to consolidate the overhead of all the paperwork.
