What business does a wire service have, providing access to buyers of a program to unreleased news? 3. Are the those buyers/ users of the algorithm subscribers to an extended feature set? 4. Does this feature set break the law? 5. Trading ahead whether by fast computer or otherwise, implies access to information, does it not? 6. Wire services may have intent when operating a system with a built in solution do they not? These are but a "few" of the key issues that are established from the original piece as written.
