All the checking that I have done into his background has turned up nothing criminal, the police came up with nothing as well. I truly think this guy is just a moron that got carried away. I don't wish him any ill will. I just don't want him or anyone else thinking this is an appropriate thing to do. Probation works for me as well as him getting the hell out of the neighborhood. Not so much because I think he's going to do anything else but more so for his safety. Lemme tell ya, when that group up at the club found out that it wasn't just popped tires but my daughter was injured, they were out for blood. I've asked them not to do anything to this person, he will become the victim and we don't want that. The doctor bills don't amount to much over 100.00 and the tires are around the same. I know the courts can't force him out of the neighborhood but once this whole thing is over, he's gonna get harassed, it's not going to be pretty. He's just lucky as hell nothing worse happened like a child falling on them.
