There are signs that the migration is going the other way. Huge property taxes increases, huge insurance rates increases, and the fear of hurricanes/GW are taking a toll.

Is this an anecdotal observation, or have you seen actual figures that show in-migration has slowed? Frankly, I don't think it would be a bad thing.......it seems to me that FLA's ecology can't support too many more people. Seattle is growing much slower than FLA but faster than most Midwestern and Eastern metro areas and its still too much.
