Rudy has already said he will appoint conservative judges....so, beyond that there is not a great deal he can do regarding abortion...He will never satisfy the prolife people, considering his past record. Security is another story. The President has everything to do with the Executive Branch's management of everything security! Rudy is running as "Mr. Security". Whether he deserves that title any more than he does "America's Mayor", that is the plot he has staked out and he is going to make the others push him off it.
