Damn - I wish I let you know ahead of time.
I did not know there was even trout fishing when I went down there.

Luckily I brought my fly rod with the intention of catching bluegills. LOL

There was one man fishing there that was incredibly good. Pulling fish out after fish by "outlet #2". I managed to catch two (one trout and one sucker) and lost what I presume to be 3 more trout.

Using the tiniest of flies #20 I think. One looked like a very small redworm (I hooked one with that) but all the rest on a very tiny white or cream coloured fly of some kind. Someone at bass pro shop recommended it. I think it was a scud or a woolie.

Perhaps we go again next year. If so I will let you know ahead of time.

On the Buffalo I had someone port our kayaks and then we paddled to a landing by a bridge on the main road. (about 2.5-3 hours in a kayak - 4 in a canoe)
