The Markle motion mentions a Florida In Personam jurisdiction question as part of a defence motion because S. Sulja and Vucicevich are Canadian citizens. I think the effort to ‘rebrand’ to SULJA BROTHERS BUILDING SUPPLIES LTD, a Canadian corporation is part of this ploy.

Jurisdiction is covered in the original complaint under Section 27 of the Exchange Act, the fact that their then IR company, Marquee, was a FL company, and interstate commerce/mails/telephones etc. were used to push the stock.

Belated attempts to fudge stuff like that tend to get judges irritated.
