Good leaders are often not well liked....because true leadership often means making decisions which are unpopular with a lot of folks....I don't see not being well liked as a reason to disqualify Guiliani....nor...post Clinton...should a "messy" personal life.... Guiliani....like him or not....was able to effect a lot of positive during his term as Mayor of NYC. Saying he did not do a good job is simply an attempt to rewrite history. J.
