A new trend in my own neighborhood is $million+ homes, one for a cool 1.6 (not sold yet though). Totally nuts... There were three lake area homes I was watching on one of my bike loops last fall. Two are no longer for sale (not sure if sold or pulled) but the third is still on the market, at least 10 months now, and held it's third open house that I've observed just yesterday. Still, homes in my own neighborhood seem to sell very quickly still, I think because inventory is still quite low.
