I like the sr. Romney's background better than Mitt's background though. Bain really blows. The elder Romney seems like a really classic turnaround guy like Steve Jobs. Having said that, Mitt Romney's management background pretty much dwarfs anybody in government right now, and of course anybody is an improvement over the idiot we have in the WH now who has spent us out of house and home.

Romney would make a poor president, but much better than Bush. Anyone would. Romney is a 100% blue blood elitist in New England. He ran a huge investment firm and his world is the top upper crust all-white country club world. I know. My old pal is his treasurer. Romney is not an evil man like Cheney or Bush but he is not the kind of person who can clean up the mess Bush is going to be leaving behind. for that we need somsone who opposes Bush's policies. Also, Romney's phony anti-gay and anti-abortion grandstanding is laughable. In reality, he could give a damn. That makes him just another empty suit out for power. He has no reason to be president except his ego.
