I agree. People who have served their time should be able to vote again. Including Delay once he gets out of prison. And hopefully Cheney and Rove too.

it would help the democrap party..... for instance new orleans, a large per cent of the population was ineligible to vote..... and President Bush's katrina didn't have anything to do with it....
