I drive a 2000 Honda Accord, running 31.3 mpg overall, city and highway, and would hardly see my gas bill more than cut in half should I buy a Prius.

I currently have around 70,000 miles on that car and expect to run it to at least 150,000.

If you own the Prius, what is your overall mileage? And what did you pay for the car?

Edit: I don't give a twit about acceleration.
